July 13, 2009 "This letter is my personal recommendation for Katherine Banning. I was Katherine’s immediate supervisor for approximately one year. I found her to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile. Katherine was a self motivated, organized and enthusiastic leader in our Gallery Shop management team, and assisted the Arts Center beyond the call of duty on several occasions. She has a clear talent for setting up systems and solving problems, specifically with conflict resolution relating to collectors, clients, and customers. She was always able to establish a warm rapport with other members of staff, customers and upper management. I highly recommend Katherine for employment. She has a positive spirit which I very much enjoyed working with. If it were not for the economic pressures which led to the closing of the Gallery Shop, Katherine would likely still be an ambitious and successful member of our staff.
